How to Think Fast

ave you ever been in a situation where you needed to think fast for a quick solution but have not been able to? Or maybe you'd just like to feel sharper? Get ahead in your career, education or personal life? Well, if you want to know how, just read on.

Steps

    Relax, otherwise your brain will be cluttered and you will not be able to think straight.

    Analyze the content of what you are learning/of the situation, and stem out possible solutions.

    On conflict, determine what you will say or do to solve the problem. Make sure you don't say anything that you might regret later on.

    Say or do what you have decided on. Say/do it confidently.

    Eat healthy food. Organic products make your body and your brain work better. In fact, your brain consumes around 60% to 70% of nutrients you take in.

    Exercise. Exercising helps your body function better, including your mind so you will be able to think faster. Exercise seems boring but you can make it fun by doing activities you enjoy such as jump rope, netball, aerobics, etc. You could also exercise with a friend or listen to music while exercising. It comes with amazing health benefits and elongates life.

    Sleep on time in the evening and wake up early in the morning it will keep your mind fresh all day. Adults need less sleep than teens or children, but it is still important nonetheless.
