Woman, 65, arrested on suspicion of murder as man is knifed to death in London flat

Police were called to a residential address at Lumley Flats, Pimlico Road, South London, by paramedics who reported that a man had been stabbed

Police attend the scene at Alexandra Avenue, Harrow where a woman was stabbed to death early this morning

A 65-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man aged 33 was found dead at a London flat.

Police were called to a residential address at Lumley Flats, Pimlico Road, South London, by paramedics who reported that a man had been stabbed.

London's Air Ambulance also attended the scene just after 6pm on Friday but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Enquiries are underway to inform all next of kin.
The arrested woman is in custody at a north London police station.
Detective Chief Inspector Matt Bonner of the Homicide and Major Crime Command leads the investigation.
